Common questions

How do I book a walk or care service?

Add your dog under “My Dogs”, then choose “Find Walkers” or “Find Care”, pick a provider and time, and confirm. You can select more than one dog in a single booking.

How does multiple-dog pricing work?

The first dog is charged the provider’s full price and each additional dog is charged at the provider’s discounted rate. The total is shown before you confirm.

Is the breed, diet, and health information veterinary advice?

No. It is general educational information only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian. In an emergency or suspected poisoning, contact your vet or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435.

How do I delete my account?

Email info@fabrechew.com with the subject “Delete my account” from your account email address. We’ll verify and remove your personal data, except records we’re required to keep by law.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cancellation and refund terms are shown when you book. For billing questions, email us.
